Hi Shams. Everything is explained on the website in the respective programmes. Also, there are some relevant links at the bottom of each one. Happy training!

Hi Kirsten

I am going to attempt The Argus for the first time this year and have started on your sub 5hr training program. I was wondering if there were any adjustments that I should make considering that I will be doing it on a mountain bike? eg. Should my cadence still be 90?
Thanx for your help.

Hi Doreen. It doesn't matter that you are on an MTB, try and stick to the programme as closely as possible. Best of luck!
