It is a lot of food but the portion sizes are a lot less than I am used to. 60grams of mince?? That's nothing! Looking forward to seeing the results..

Awesome! I've lost just under 2kgs. Let's try and keep it up. I'm still using the plan but mixing it up a bit for variety...
