SASCOC will be announcing the SA cycling team going to London today. We take a look at our qualifying spots.
• Road Race (Men): 1
• Road Race (Women): 3
• MTB XCO (Men): 2 (One spot is filled by Burry Stander)
• BMX (Men): 1 (Filled by Sifiso Nlapo)
• On the Track, 19 year old Bernard Esterhuizen has qualified for the sprint event, but we await confirmation from the UCI and then SASCOC’s approval.
• On the Para side we have four men and two women’s spots confirmed.
