Get some essential practical tips, put these into practice on the day, and allow for hassle free cycling. Ladies Bicycling Workshops covers both road and mountain bike disciplines and is suited to beginner lady cyclists. Other important topics that will be covered will include ladies specific cycling gear and basic bike care.

Plus lots of advice, tips and tricks for the long term enjoyment of cycling. Bicycling will also be giving away Bicycling hampers to three lucky ladies.
