You will receive your first week of training within an hour, but from week 2 onwards, emails will arrive in your inbox every Friday morning, with the following week’s training, in order for you to plan your week. You will be able to download the week’s training program so you can stick it on your fridge for easy reference. You will also receive links to expert tips and advice on all things mountain biking, from training to skills to bike maintenance, to help you on your journey.
