The route follows the banks of the third largest river in South Africa\, the Vaal River. DESCRIPTION:After hosting our 1st MTB (Ride Theuniskraal) in the Tulbach region last year with the Winter in July Festival in the Tulbach Valley\, the decision after consultation with all parties involved was to change the venue for the MTB from Theuniskraal to Sagtevlei just outside Tulbach. \nSome of the most spectacular routes form part of the existing Tulbach Trails. Riders can expect some of the best trails in the Tulbach Valley that were also used for the Epic in 2021. \nEvent Info \n25km MTB  –  R220  –  Start 9:30 \n42km MTB  –  R350  –  Start 9:00 \nRoute profiles will be posted soon. \nMedals for all finishers. \nPrizes for 1st\, 2nd and 3rd male and female in all distances. \nLate entries on the day at R50 extra per entry. \nPlease do not leave any valuables in your car.
