DESCRIPTION:The Custom Construction MTB Challenge is part of the annual Rezco Summer Series which takes place between 19 and 31 December 2021. \nThe race starts and finishes at the entrance gate to Dune Ridge Country House/Eskom Conservation Reserve\, Tarragona Extention/R330\, St Francis Bay. \nThe route mainly consist of dirt road and grassy jeep track through the reserve\, and the longer distance is two loops of the route.  Access to this area is restricted\, and it is a privilege that Eskom opens their land for us to host the event. \nTwo distances are available:  15km and 30km. \nTake note: \n\nA series entry of R500 will give you individual access to all 10 events.  The first 150 entries received before 5 December will receive 2021 Rezco Summer Series sport visors.\nThere will be no prize giving\, full results will be announced live on social media and posted a few hours after the event;\nTwo amazing prizes are up for grabs once again for the male and female who did the best in the most events;\nSeries entrants will get a permanent number so you can just arrive 15 minutes before starting time;\n\nNO NUMBER\, NO PARTICIPATION

DESCRIPTION:knknyThe Knysna Extreme Triathlon is Africa’s Toughest Triathlon and an experience like no other. \n​The Knysna Extreme is a challenging Point-To-Point\, self-supported race that takes place along South Africa’s scenic Garden Route. The course starts with a 5 km swim in the Knysna Estuary\, followed by a 174 km cycle through coastal\, mountain and semi-desert scenery. This is then followed by a 50 km run through plantations and the Knysna forest. It is a grueling\, yet scenic route that takes triathletes back to the purest form of the sport. \nThe route will test your fitness levels\, mental strength and determination. \n​Each athlete is required to have a supporter to follow them throughout the race\, providing all mechanical\, nutritional and mental support. DESCRIPTION:Come and take part in this fun Sprint Adventure Race\, a combination of Trail Run/Hike and MTB\, and get a taste of what adventure racing is all about. \nAs is AR (Adventure Racing) tradition\, races are usually undertaken by mixed teams of 2\, 3 or 4. SUMMARY:Autumn Splendour MTB & Trail Run
DESCRIPTION:The Autumn Splendour MTB & Trail Run is a fun packed day for the whole family! 5km & 15km funrides through the vineyards. 50km ride for more experienced riders. Best Coffee\, craft beer and wine! \n55km Route is for the experience riders and will take you through grape farms into the beautiful veld of the little Karoo. Alongside the the old railway tracks and on fabulous single track and adrenaline pumping descents. Total elevation is about 1000m and mostly in the first half of the route. The way home is quick and will make the climbing worth every drop of sweat. Routes are well marked and field marshals are present along the full route. 4 Water points availible to make sure you don’t run on empty. \n35km follows much of the same route as the longer version. Be prepared for technical sections and good single track. Awesome views and fast sections coming home. 3 Water point will make sure your are well hydrated. \n15km of MTB fun is set out across four well know grape farms in the area next to the town of De Doorns. Mostly flat on gravel tractor roads. Very safe for novice riders. Good “feeding station” at the halfway mark. Something everyone will enjoy! \n5km fun on the farm is for the Mountain bikers of tomorrow. This is flat and the 2.5km mark will provide snacks and drinks like you will not believe. Parents can join in for the odd push along the route.

Read on —- Imagine a weekend where you can choose to run or ride a distance of your choice – this is a weekend designed for runners/ walkers and riders of all abilities. No impossible hills and jaw breaking roughs – but enough good trails to challenge yourself and stretch those limits. \nIf you’re single enjoy the day with your girlfriends. If you have a significant other this does not mean he needs to stay at home! Far from it – for once he’s at the finishing line cheering you on\, but before that he’s the one egging the kids on during a specially organised kiddies Run or MTB ride.
