Never ridden a criterium? Here’s your chance.

On April 9 the Outriders Cycle Club, along with the WP Cycling Association, will hold a series of criterium-style races around the Killarney Race Track. The festival will be a fun and competitive day for the entire family, from anybody already involved in cycling, to those who are keen to see what the sport is all about.

Events include category 1, 2 and 3 racing for the serious riders, juniors and schools racing, a criterium, as well as an inter-club, 4-lap ladies only and kids’ races.

Killarney provides the perfect venue, with its smooth, car-free surface. It’s safe, fun and spectator-friendly.

Both races (circuit and criterium) count towards the points for the 2017 Road League and will be awarded according to the League Points System.
