SOLO MTB

How many 10km laps can you do before cutting off time 07h30min

Minimum laps for medal is only 4 laps

First 75 entries get free T-shirt

Extreme 4-man Team

Minimum of 1 male or female in Team

Cycles 1&2 do 2 laps consecutively 20km follow by cycles 3&4 2 laps

Repeat 1 more time and 9th lap all 4 Together.

Total of 50km per team member and as a team 100km

FUN RELAY TEAM

HOW FAST CAN YOU DO 40KM AS A TEAM?

Each 4man Team member only do 1 lap of 10km relay and then you can have fun with fellow riders and cheer on the solo riders at end.

This is great for beginners cycling with elite riders and best corporate teambuilding or schools to challenge each other.

Max 50 Teams allowed no free t-shirt (R70-00 a t-shirt)

Run 2 laps of 5km each MTB 3 laps of 10km each follow by finishing with 1 lap of 5km running
