Reminder: Don’t Miss Ride 5 of the Toyota Tour de Virtuale!
Sign up, link your ZwiftPower, and complete a ride in order to be eligible for the trip to the Giro d'Italia! Weekly prizes are also up for grabs.
The fifth instalment of the Toyota Tour de Virtuale community ride is taking place on Wednesday 14 February at 6pm on Zwift.
The ride will be 45 minutes with the aim of it being a no-drop ride, so it’s important to remember, it’s a ride, not a race.
About Your Ride Leader: Hayley Preen
25-year-old Hayley Preen is an avid cyclist, as well as a trail runner and show jumper. Having represented, and won, national titles in four different sports – horse riding, cross triathlon, running and cycling – her main focus is now on the bike. In 2021 she won the SA Road National Championships and was 2nd in the SA Marathon MTB National Championships. She has also gone on to win the SA Gravel and Crit National Titles. In 2022, she represented South Africa at the Commonwealth Games and placed 12th – and in the same year, placed 4th overall in the ABSA Cape Epic. Last year, Hayley raced internationally for a UCI Women’s continental team and now in 2024, she has been selected for the Life Time Grand Prix series in America. Hayley’s journey is not just about cycling; its a story of someone who is passionate about different sports and determined to make her mark in the world of professional sports.

How Do I Join The Ride?
In order to participate in the ride, you’ll need to sign up. Click here for all the information on the sign-up process and how the Toyota Tour de Virtuale Season 3 will run. You will only need to sign up once. There is no need to sign up for each ride. You will need a linked ZwiftPower account in order to stand a chance to win prizes. This helps us with drawing the weekly winners.
After you’re signed up, simply click on the Ride 5 link in the right-hand column just before 6pm on Wednesday. We look forward to riding with you!
