Transform the way you ride with the Sports Science Institute! SSISA’s home-based, periodised strength & conditioning programmes are designed for designed for novice and elite cyclists guided by biokineticists, Warwick Cross and Rachel Johnstone, will keep you motivated and strong on and off the bike.

All training sessions in the programme will be recorded, so if you perhaps can’t make the time slot allocated, you’ll be able to access the session at a time that is suitable to you.

With minimal equipment required, home-based training has never looked this good.

Here’s what to expect:

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

  • 2 x sessions per week via Zoom, to enhance your overall strength & performance.

Strength & conditioning plays a vital role in being agile and reducing risk of injury on the bike.

MOBILITY

  • 1 x session per week via Zoom, to keep you nimble and responsive on the bike.

Strength and mobility go hand in hand, working on your mobility and flexibility will help you with your recovery as well as increase your comfort on the bike.

WEBINARS

  • 3 x cycling-specific webinars to look forward to throughout the 10 week programme.
