The District Duo is a two-man team road race from Prince Albert to Swellendam.

Cyclists will race between Prince Albert, Oudtshoorn, Ladismith and Swellendam from 25 -27 June 2019 for a total of total 333 km.

Cyclists will be accommodated in all levels of accommodation and their luggage will be shuttled between each town.

DAY 1: 111km (The Showroom, 41 Church Street, Prince Albert to DeJager Sports Complex, 82 Voortrekker Rd Oudtshoorn)
DAY 2: 111 km (De Jager Sports Complex to Ladismith Showgrounds)
DAY 3: 111 km (Ladismith to Swellendam High School Swellendam)
