Kariega Classic MTB & Trail Run
The Kariega Classic will be staged in the Kariega Valley on Saturday 28 December 2019 at Southwell. The event was the brainchild of Springbok rugby legend, Hennie le Roux and meanders through the game farms of the Kariega Valley. It’s the perfect breakaway between Christmas and New Year and is designed as a real Family Affair with both MTB and Trail Runs being on Offer!
A Chill Zone, Craft Beer Truck, farm baked fare and a mixture of unbelievable MTB and TRAIL RUN routes make this a “Must Do” event over the Christmas Holidays!
MTB routes will cater for the novice to more serious mountain biker with 3 route distances namely 15km, 22km and 52km.
The TRAIL RUN, which is a new addition to this year’s Kariega Classic, has distances of 5km and 10km.
When: 28 December 2019, Saturday.
Premises will open at 05h00, first MTB distance will start at 07h15 SHARP and the Trail Run will start at 08h00
Late Entries & Number Collection: Late/Line Entries & Number Collection will take place at the venue from 06h00 until 5 minutes before the race starts (Cash, Credit Card, SnapScan & Zapper Only). R50 Surcharge on Late Entries
